To retrieve your details click on the ‘Sign In’ button on the home screen. Under the orange log in button click on the text ‘Lost your password?’. This will redirect you to a new page where you will need to enter your username or email address.

To change your password go to the ‘My Account’ button on the home screen. This will take you to your dashboard. Then click on ‘Account details’ on the left hand side of the screen. Under your email you will find a ‘password change’ option. Simply type in your current password and new password.

No, the resource you have downloaded for personal use only to teach your class of students. If other teachers wish to have a copy they must purchase it from the Resources For Teaching website.

We don't provide refunds because of the nature of downloadable e-resources. However, if for any reason our educational resources aren't meeting your needs, we want to know about it. Once you have purchased the subscription and have access to our resources on your personal device you cannot receive a refund.

We currently offer a library of 250+ resources, so some filters will have no products. We’re working on building our collection of materials and will add new products every month. If you would like something in particular please fill in the ‘Request a resource’ form located on the ‘Home’ or ‘Contact us’ pages.

Responses may take a few days to one week depending on the concern and matters that may consume the time of the author. We will try to contact you back as soon as we can.
