Thank you for choosing Resources for Teaching for your teaching resource needs. We strive to provide you with valuable resources and excellent customer service. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before subscribing to our services.
- Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
1.1 Subscription Renewal: Our subscriptions are billed on a 12-month basis, starting from the date of your initial purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew for another 12-month period unless you choose to cancel it before the renewal date.
1.2 Cancellation by User: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time during the current subscription period. To cancel, please log in to your account on our website and follow the cancellation instructions provided. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and you will maintain access to the content until the end of the current subscription period.

2.1 Refunds for Cancellation or Technical Issues: Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer subscription refunds or returns. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our digital teaching resources, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notification to you, to modify these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Any updates to our Terms and Conditions will be posted here, and the latest revision date will always be clearly shown at the top of this page.
The following terms and conditions govern your relationship with Resources for Teaching and apply whenever you visit or make use of https://www.resourcesforteaching.com.au.
Your continued use of our products or website following such modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to adhere by these or any new Terms and Conditions, do not use or access the service or website (or continue to use or access it). You are responsible for regularly visiting this page to determine if these Terms and Conditions have been updated and reviewing such modifications.
Definitions
Billing date means the date on which you sign up for a Resources for Teaching Subscription determines the beginning of your twelve (12) month invoicing cycle.
Content refers to any material, content, or products that can be accessed, downloaded, or purchased through our website. This content includes text, images, sounds, videos, styles, animations, graphics, data, products, materials, services, links, technology, code, language, functions, software and applications or any other content made available on or through any Resources for Teaching-related sites and any related Intellectual Property.
Etiquette refers to a code of conduct that you must adhere to so that Resources for Teaching remains a pleasant and secure environment for its Members. You are responsible for ensuring that your behaviour does not offend others, as outlined by Resources for Teaching. Resources for Teaching has a policy of zero tolerance for bullying and offensive conduct.
Intellectual Property refers to all related intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, the right to extract information from databases, design rights, privacy policies, and any other related intellectual property rights (regardless of whether any of them are registered and including applications and the right to make registration applications for any of them).
You are a Member (and/or Subscriber)! The user who is subscribed to our Resources for Teaching Subscription who is currently accessing and utilising any of the websites and/or Resources for Teaching Content. You thereby acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of the password and account. You accept complete responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Subscription refers to the Resources for Teaching Subscription that the Member has purchased, whereby Resources for Teaching provides the Member with the Content in accordance with the licence and subscription. You acknowledge that the Resources for Teaching Subscription is valid for twelve (12) consecutive months. Please note that following the expiration of your subscription, your access to our resource portal will expire. If you wish to maintain access to our resource portal and renew your Resources for Teaching Subscription, you will be required to sign up for a new subscription.
User refers to any person who wishes to access the Resources for Teaching website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policy, regardless of whether they are a Member or a casual user.
Intellectual Property refers to all related intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, the right to extract information from databases, design rights, privacy policies, and any other related intellectual property rights (regardless of whether any of them are registered and including applications and the right to make registration applications for any of them).
THE PLATFORM
The Service
Resources for Teaching is a subscription-based online community devoted to the creation of high-quality, printable teaching resources; we refer to this as the ‘Service’. Our resources are distributed predominantly via https://resourcesforteaching.com.au, which we refer to as the ‘Website’.
Subscriber Service
To gain access to our platform of resources, you must pay the Resources for Teaching Subscription Fee. Upon receipt of the Subscription Fee, Resources for Teaching grants the Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable Licence to use the Resources during the Term in accordance with the Permitted Uses and as otherwise set forth in this Licence. For purposes of clarity, payment of a Subscription Fee to Resources for Teaching grants access to a single user only.
Member Accounts
There are sections of the Resources for Teaching website that may require registration and personal information. By doing so, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the applicable registration form; and (b) maintain and promptly update any such identifying data via email in order to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
The Internet is an insecure network. Nonetheless, the Resources for Teaching team will take precautions to protect all personal information collected via the website in accordance with stringent data protection standards. Your confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Username and Password
In order to register for the Resources for Teaching website, you must create a password and account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of this password and account, as well as all activities that occur under your password or account. In order to ensure this, you must:
- Take all reasonable steps to keep login details confidential;
- Not share your login details with anyone;
- Let Resources for Teaching know of any breach of security such as any unauthorised use of your login details;
- Change login details immediately if you believe that such information are known to someone else.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and secure. If you believe that the security of your information is compromised, you must contact Resources for Teaching immediately. Resources for Teaching is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this requirement.
Revocation of Access
Resources for Teaching reserves the right to suspend or withdraw your login access at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion, pending investigation if it has reason to believe that your member details have been discovered and/or used by a person or organisation who is not an authorised user of Resources for Teaching’s Subscription Services. A comprehensive definition of an authorised user of Resources for Teaching’s Subscription Services is Member and/or Subscriber. This is a user who has enrolled for the Subscription and agreed to keep their login information confidential.
In the event that unauthorised users access any Subscription Service using your ID, Resources for Teaching reserves the right, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, to charge you an amount equal to the charges that would have been payable had each unauthorised user subscribed to the Subscription Services themselves.
If you violate these Terms and Conditions, Resources for Teaching may revoke your login access by providing you with notice, and in such a case, Resources for Teaching is not required to refund any fees for Subscription Services.
You agree that Resources for Teaching may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to your Subscription and Content and/or block your future access to the Resources for Teaching website, Subscriptions, and Contents if we determine that you have breached this agreement by failing to observe Etiquette.
Unaffiliated Communities
You agree that Resources for Teaching is not liable for any unaffiliated communities and forums created through social media platforms (including Facebook) and/or any groups that may claim affiliation with Resources for Teaching. You agree that Resources for Teaching is not responsible for any transactions or exchanges that may occur with these communities, groups, or forums. In addition, Resources for Teaching is not liable for any Etiquette violations that may occur in these unaffiliated communities.
THE CONTENT
The use of Resources for Teaching’s Resources
All articles, information, and other materials provided on or through Resources for Teaching’s websites are subject to copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you are prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, or extracting any of the Content in the Subscription, including providing links to or otherwise communicating or making available to third parties any portion of the Content produced by Resources for Teaching, without the express written consent of Resources for Teaching. You acknowledge that you may only use these resources for your own purposes.
By using the Content and website of Resources for Teaching, you agree to comply with this prohibition and acknowledge that any violation may result in legal action against you.
By using these resources, you agree not to redistribute them, and you acknowledge that any resources you download are for your personal use only.
Errors in resources
Resources for Teaching nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the timeliness, accuracy, performance, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the information and materials found or offered on this website. You acknowledge that your subscription to our services is intended solely for informational purposes and does not constitute specific commercial, financial, or other professional advice. Please take the time to read the description of our offering and subscription, as it is your responsibility to ensure that the resources used in an educational context are content-appropriate, relevant, and up to professional standards.
Modifications
Resources for Teaching reserves the right to change, modify, or eliminate any content from the Subscription Service at any time by updating its website resources. Users are responsible for routinely reviewing online content in order to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Websites following the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of these revisions.
Resources for Teaching may update and alter its Website from time to time to reflect changes to our Products, our Users’ needs and our business priorities.
User-generated content
You may use one or two images (unaltered) from the Resources for Teaching Instagram page or website as long as you attribute us and include a link back to us. Due to the digital nature of our products, excessive usage of our images is prohibited, even with attribution. If you would like to use more than a few photos, please contact us for express written permission.
Indemnity
You acknowledge that, if you breach the Resources for Teaching Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify us for any loss or costs we may incur as a result of your breach. Our failure to exercise any of our rights, powers, or remedies under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Your Subscription Terms
In every way, your subscription to Resources for Teaching is subject to these Terms and Conditions. The following additional terms shall apply to this service:
Your username and password will not be shared with anyone, in accordance with the general Terms and Conditions.
In accordance with our Copyright Terms, you will not redistribute resources, sell (or attempt to sell), print multiple copies, or use the content for public display. You also agree that any downloaded resources are for your personal use only.
You understand that the Resources for Teaching Content are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Subject to the terms of that agreement, you may display this Content on a computer screen or mobile device, electronic or interactive whiteboard, print on paper, and store such pages in electronic format for your own personal, educational, non-commercial purposes.
Resources for Teaching must always be acknowledged as the authors of Content.

You concur that any violation of the general Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate suspension of your account. It is at the sole discretion of Resource’s for Teaching whether the account will be reinstated.
You consent to our monitoring your use of the website to ascertain whether or not a violation has occurred.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer subscription refunds or returns.
Acceptable Use Policy
Resources for Teaching believes that no user would need to download more than one hundred resources per month, and accounts that exceed this threshold are subject to review.
Intellectual property
All content downloaded from this website is subject to the Copyright Terms. Without the prior written permission of the director of Resources for Teaching, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content or information downloaded from or through this website.
